2010–2013

Foundations & CPA Path

Discovered QuickBooks Online in an accounting systems class.
Worked as a staff accountant at a small firm while finishing the required 150 credit hours and passing the CPA exams.
Began volunteering on a nonprofit housing development board, collaborating with local builders, property managers, attorneys, mortgage lenders, and community leaders.

2013–2015

First Rental & Advanced Projects

Joined a medium-sized public accounting firm (later part of a Top 20 firm), tackling more complex client engagements and sharpening tax expertise.
Purchased first rental property, sparking a deeper interest in real estate.
Began building relationships with other real estate investors and professionals.

2015–2018

Growing Expertise

Expanded knowledge with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners who had intricate tax structures.
Gained invaluable experience in tax planning for wealth creation and sophisticated business needs.

Launching a Practice

Stepped out on my own, initially offering tax preparation and basic accounting services.
