All services provided by One Stop CPA are tailored to meet your individual business or personal needs. After you engage a service, our team will contact you to collect any necessary information and documentation. Services are not delivered instantly and require client input. 
Consultation & Onboarding 
We begin with a consultation to understand your goals. Whether it’s Tax Filing or ongoing Bookkeeping, our team collaborates with you to gather documents, discuss strategies, and determine the scope of work. 
Turnaround Time 
Tax Filing: Usually completed within a few business days to weeks once all documents are received. 
Ongoing Accounting: Delivered monthly or quarterly, based on your plan. 
Tax Planning: Typically fulfilled within 1–2 weeks after consultation. 
Timeframes depend on the scope of service and timely client input. 
Delivery Method 
All services are delivered digitally through our secure client portal or by email. No physical goods are shipped.

We provide customized services that involve specialized time and expertise. As such, the following refund and cancellation terms apply: 
Custom Services (e.g., Financial Analysis, Consulting) 
No refunds once work has started. 
➙ If work has not yet begun, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 
Subscription Services (e.g., Monthly Accounting Plans) 
➙ Cancellable with 30 days’ written notice
➙ Services rendered during the notice period remain billable
➙ No pro-rated or partial refunds for mid-period cancellations. 
One-Time Services (e.g., Tax Return Preparation, One-Time Planning) 
➙ Refunds may be considered only if work has not commenced
➙ Once document review or prep has started, no refunds are issued. 
Important Notes: 
➙ No satisfaction guarantee or trial period is offered. 
➙ Completed services are final and non-refundable.

We will confirm receipt and provide next steps within 1–2 business days.

If a delay occurs due to incomplete client input, we will notify you and adjust timelines accordingly. If a delay is caused on our end, we will: 
➙ Communicate proactively 
➙ Offer revised delivery schedules 
➙ Issue a refund only if the delay is our fault and work hasn’t begun 
Scope or service changes may require new agreements or additional charges.
